Congo Palace - Athens

Our room was disappointingly filthy, and we had to keep our shoes on. It's a shame since we've enjoyed our stays here before, but this time felt neglected.

The place was good standard for celebrating birthday. Brand-new, good sized unit with a new AC. Amazing central location and hard-working and attentive staff;))

Pleasant hotel with great-sized and brand-new rooms. Easy check-in, late check-out, best staff. Very good customer service, including above average and great breakfasts with hot options. Incredible and particularly good location, close to the sea. A really enjoyable way to end my trip.

Too small bathroom.

Rooms could benefit from thorough cleaning and maintenance attention!!! Noise from the street and thin walls disrupt sleep quality!!! Access to the pool could be improved with longer hours!!! Management responsiveness needs a serious upgrade!!!

An unexpected turn at the pool

The hotel's pool area was peaceful in the mornings, perfect for soaking up the sun and starting the day right.

The lifeguard's strict rules and unapproachable demeanor added unnecessary stress to our relaxing moments.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms outdated with noise from the busy road. Location near beach perfect for quick access.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach, and we loved the stylish interiors. The sea view from our room added a beautiful touch to our stay.

My wife says that the pool area could use more amenities for families.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with excellent air conditioning and a convenient location just 14 km from Monastiraki, making it easy to explore local bars, restaurants, and nearby beaches.

We had an amazing stay with an incredible buffet experience at dinner. The cozy atmosphere made our evenings perfect. The hotel was very clean, adding to our comfort.

It was just a commendable fit for a brief visit in Athens with high value for money. The breakfast was lovely with huge portions of tasty authentic Greek food. Make sure to request dietary preferences upfront to avoid surprises.

We had a fantastic group vacation, exploring the local golfing scene and enjoying quality time at nearby attractions. The pool area was a hit with everyone, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just know that breakfast times might be a bit crowded, so plan accordingly.

We faced a frustrating moment when the manager was dismissive about our concerns. It was a jarring experience that didn't sit well with us .

I previously stayed in athens but this time was better. The room had a nice view of the sea, and the breakfast featured a variety of delicious options like fresh pastries and rich coffee. The staff were attentive.

Great staff and location, but could be cleaner

We stayed for 3 nights in a family room. The vibe was just off. The carpet needed serious attention with stains everywhere. Staff were super nice, though, and breakfast hit the spot, especially with the poolside snacks. Just a major bummer about the room cleanliness. So disappointing compared to what we've had before.

I appreciated the beautiful design of the lobby and dining areas with a cute atmosphere. The hotel's proximity to the beach and public transportation also made it easy for seniors like myself to explore the area.
